Bank Management System Project Overview

Bank management system project will help the user to manage customer accounts. There are various options in this vb project like creating new account or logging as existing authorized user to access the tools and options for managing accounts. For creating new customers account all the required field should be filled with appropriate information such s account number, customer name, address, contact number etc and initial deposit. For accessing existing customer correct account number will be required otherwise this facility is not executable. Admin can search any existing customers account.

Deposit and withdrawal account facility is available for existing customers. This requires a transaction amount that customer wants to deposit or withdrawal and customer account number. After transaction completion it will update the customer’s account balance. Bank management system also provides facility of fund transfer. Customer can request for transfer of fund form there account to any other customers account of the same bank. For transferring fund the other customer account should be known and sender account must have enough balance to transfer. Bank management system also provides facility of stop payment on customer’s request.

Apart from so many above mentioned facilities this project also generates various MIS and customer related report useful for top bank executive and customers respectively. Main reports generated by the bank management system are user report, customer report, deposit report, withdrawal report, fund transfer report, stop payment report etc. This system also have various tools for daily use that make the work simple for the employees such as calculator , calendar, notepad etc.
